Bullying

Bullying is one of the horrible things that often happens in school. Even you did not mean to bully others it can be bullying to other person. Also it is very sensitive thing because it is surrouned with lots and lots of complexity. It is inappropriate to consider only one side. People should also hear what assaulters say to prevent more things happening.

 Actaully there was sucicide at my highschool because of bullying. There was a girl who was a horrible gossiper. At first she was doing well with friends. However she was making too much gossips and it made people to ignore what she says. She tried to talk a lot but no one was listening to her. At last she became loner. She was afraid of being loner she suicided. Problem started from here. everyone started blaming each other and it became a huge issue in the internet. Because it was a huge issue in the internet netizons started making rumors which did not even happen. They posted our school students ‘ phone numbers, pictures, names who were not actually involved. Not onlt that there were gossiping about this situation every where. Because of these harsh attitudes from netizons it caused another suicide. She was the class leader of victom’s class, she felt so guilty  and stressful that she suicided. This stopped gossiping and it ended.

 It is so bad that this happened , However it gave alot of thoughts. I do not think that students thought that ignoring her would lead her to death. They were just being tired of hearing her gossiping. Maybe the girl did not know what was wrong with herself.  People might not have told her what is so bad about her. So I think to avoid bullying we need talking. If someone has done stupid thing ,they should not just go on  instead they should make sure there is no misunderstanding. Also people should apologize when they did something wrong. I think the best way to solve the bullying completely is to solve by themselves . However there are situations that can not be solved without teachers or parents getting involved. Teachers should not blame one side They could listen carefully and find what the problem is and help students to accept what other thinks about what situations. For parents they could console their children and give advices and talk alot and come up with an idea to solve the problem. However they should not go to school and slam at other students without considering the situations. It will make worse.

For cyberbullying, I think we should give more severe punishments. Because in cyber we do not know who did it so people tend to make a lot of rumors and making lies. But it is very hard to stop once it gets huge  because cyber is very wide and easily spread .But people are much less cautious in cyber and never think two times before typing in. So I think people should know the seriousness of cyber bullying and be more  cautious.

Something That I will Remember

The thing that I would not forget until adult is the feeling of complexity  during adolescence. Actually when I was little I was very obedient to people. But when I became middle school student it completely changed. I did just what I wanted to do. I was very negligent to the things that I supposed to do, instead I was busy hanging out. This made me a lot of conflicts with my parents. Also I did  not meant to act rude to people but withought knowing I was.  And it was a lot of stress. However at that time I could not manufacture myself very well. There was a lot of trouble during middle school year. And I went to high school .High school is very important to my life even it is first year. So  I really tried to do things that I supposed to do and result was pretty fine. Actually highschool year was very alright I really enjoyed it. And now in USA. Complexity between me and parents are completely gone since I had plenty of time here I had  alot of chance to talk with parents and it helped our relationgship getting better. Only problem is communcation at school. I may have to try really hard. Anyway I had bumpy time. There were a lot of complexity but there were not only complexity, I really enjoyed my middle school year and it was really fun. I do not want to forget both fun and complexity. I will make me to understand people better especially when I become parents.

grammar

Actually I have difficulty in every grammar. Every time I use english I am not sure whether I am using it correctly or not. I selected few things of what I really reallt have trouble with.

1.For me it is very difficult to  use correct tenses. It is very hard for me because there are so many cases and exceptions

2.  I have a big trouble between  -ed and -ing it always bothers me a lot.

3. I don’t know what to I choose  (that, whch,what) (who, whom) 

4.Difference between to-, -ing

 Actually I don’t have any tips or answer for those yet and I am still strugling with it. My grammar is unskilled.I think I should try harder to know the right grammar.

Personal Assistants

If I coud use one of those people as my assistant for one week , I would choose Steve Jobs. I think his most strength is his venturesome mind and creativity. I think it is very effective  for workers to have such things.If I have to give him project, I will ask him to give me some advices of how he got those creativity, and vulturesome mind. Also I want to hear that how he overcomed his hardships. And the way that he always tried to think. It will be such an honor to hear advice from Steve Jobs and it will be very helpful to my life.

Alternative Ending

If I could make alternative ending for Romeo and Juliet I would make them to be happy.

When Romeo got the news that Juliet is dead from Friar, he first does not believe it.But time goes he recognizes the truth. So he started to go to Juliet’s funeral. In there he meets Paris.When Paris sees Romeo he starts to run in to him. And they started to fight. They scream and hit each other for  a long time, then Romeo says “please let me have my own time with Juliet. She’s my wife!” .Paris says”No she was planning to marry with me” than Romeo goes “She already got married with me…” .Paris’s eye goes big and starts laughing. Than Juliet wakes up. Both look at Juliet and they screams. Juliet explains the situation. Paris got mad and take out his sword and tries to kill Romeo and Juliet. Than Rome screams “Please calm down!!” Paris goes “How could I calm down?”.Romeo says “Please I will introduce a girl to you” “A girl? I only want Juliet” “No!! Juliet is my wife!! there is a beautiful girl, she is Rosaline.” “What!!” Paris looks at Romeo and Juliet and thinks for a while. Then Romeo shouts in a hurry “Rosaline is super duper hot!!!” Paris hesitates for a while and says “Fine”.Then Romeo smiles and says ”Please do not tell the fact that Juliet is alive to anyone.” Paris says “Sure but be sure to introduce her.” Romeo says “Sure I promise” .Than Paris goes out. Then Juliet says ” Hey you said who is super duper hot?” Romeo goes “I was just joking you are the hottest”. They both goes out and do what Juliet has planned. They lived happily ever after. Oh Romeo showed Rosaline to Paris. Paris fell in love with her in first look. They got married and lived happily ever after!!!.

 

Save the World

it’s situation in Korea. I don’t really know about USA situation.

 

I think the biggest issue facing in my generation is high employment competition rate. Actually these days economic is down world widely and companies want to employ people with contract that is not really guaranting regular retirement, which means you can be layed off earlier than your retirement. However people want to have stable job. So what really happen is that people rush to government official worker like teacher, sweeper, police which really guarantees one’s declining.

 

The Korea government tried to lower the competition rate by assisting some of salery that company need to give to the employees for a given period. Also they tried to activate exportation. It seemed to be good at short term but it wasn’t as a long term. The biggest reason that it didn’t work was that Korea is actually exportation country so when the world’s economic is in depression, it is hard to activate exportation.

 

In my opinion, employment competition rate can be lowered when campanies hire many people and stablize their job. In company they usally give more sallery to employee who worked for a long time. It can be a big bunden to campany so the worker can not stay at work for a long time. Instead of firing them company can lower their wage when they become certain working year.

 

I think it is very hard to solve this problem. Because this is not a simple thing. It will need a lot of effort and also there will be trial and error. However I belive it will be fine and I wish so.
